  • Can you find a deal for _____?
    Sorry, due to our hectic schedules we can’t take requests to look for a deal on a specific product. There just isn’t enough time in the day!

  • May I submit a deal I found?
    Sure, you may submit a deal you found and if we like it we’ll post it. Please email us or share it in our chat room.

  • How do you find the deals?
    We’re watching the prices on thousands of great products on hundreds of web sites and we also read hundreds of other deal forums, sites, and mailing lists so you don’t have to.

  • How do you choose which retailers to link to?
    We only link to reputable retailers that we have made purchases from and been completely satisfied with. At the time of posting we always link to the retailer with the lowest price regardless of commission rates or other incentives offered to us.

  • How do I buy a product?
    Simply click on the link in the post and look for the add to cart button on the web site it brings you to. Always fully read all product descriptions on the seller’s web site and carefully review your order; double check the purchase price, shipping costs, and any additional costs before checkout.

  • Why did the price or offer change? / Why is the deal for a limited time?
    The majority of deals are valid for weeks but in some cases deals are a special buy and are limited to an undisclosed number at that price or are limited to stock on hand and may sell out within hours of publication. Others are time based and are valid until the end of the business day or midnight. Keep in mind that prices are always subject to change and can sometimes change within hours of posting. Merchants also may cancel deals at their discretion and without notice. If you’re interested in a deal we encourage you to act quickly so you don’t miss out!

  • What should I do if the price or offer changed? / Why don’t you delete expired deals?
    If you find that a deal is no longer available at the price or offer we published please simply leave a comment below the deal stating, “EXPIRED.” We’ll check it out and flag it as EXPIRED as soon as possible!

    Deals flagged EXPIRED are removed from the index page, the category and tag archives, and the date based archives. They are still retained on the server and displayed with an alert that explains that the deal expired. We don’t remove the EXPIRED deals completely because we don’t want anyone to encounter a 404 Error page if they followed a direct link from another web site.

  • Do you sell _____?

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We don’t sell anything! We find the deals and link to them. Please contact the retailer to find out which payment methods are accepted.

  • How much is shipping? / Why didn’t they offer me free shipping?
    When free or a flat shipping fee is offered, we’ll usually publish it with our article. However, like pricing, it is subject to change. Some free shipping offers require your order total a given amount or if you added other items to your order, it may no longer qualify to receive free shipping. Most free shipping offers are only valid for continental United States residential street addresses. Always read the free shipping offer carefully. Most retailers will give you a shipping cost estimate once the item is added to the cart and before you enter a credit card number. Keep in mind that we find the deals and link to them. Please contact the retailer to find out the shipping fees or if you have additional questions about the shipping costs.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Keep in mind that we find the deals and link to them. Each retailer will have different policies on international shipping. You will need to contact them to find out if they will ship outside the United States.

  • When will my order ship?

  • My ordered arrived broken or defective. What do I do?
    If you have an issue with a product or a merchant that we linked to you must contact the product’s manufacturer or the merchant you purchased it from.

  • I was ripped off!
    Keep in mind that we don’t sell anything. We find the deals and link to them. That said, if you contacted the retailer you bought it from and if they were of no help you could contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. If you feel the retailer is so bad that we should stop linking to them please email us a detailed account of what happened.
